RUNNING TECHNIQUE SESSIONS for runners

It is not hard to teach someone to run better.
Often a small change can make a big difference
but those corrections need to be practiced and
practiced well or the old habits return, "Perfect
practice makes perfect".

These sessions cover improving use of the arms for power,
acceleration and efficiency, improved foot strike (position of foot on
landing) to reduce impact forces, increase power from the calf
muscles and increase the rate of leg turn over.

Drills & skills of running sessions are conducted at various times
through the week. These technique refining sessions are an hour
long and consist of drills, plyometrics, strength and stability
exercises to practice correct form under close supervision.

We have been conducting these sessions over the last 3 years for
existing clients but have recently opened them to everyone who
wants to enjoy there running more. To ensure that this is an
opportunity that everyone can take advantage of and allow you to
attend frequently enough to guarantee correct technique, these
