OPENING HOURS Appointments are available from 7.00am to 8.00/8.30pm Monday - Friday. Saturday opening hours will vary depending on demand and on-field commitments, although we are usually open from 8am until 6pm. Emergency appointments may be available on Sundays for an additional charge. ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT You can call or email the clinic to book an appointment. All appointments are booked by our central number 0845 838 7991 or 0208 994 8328, please specify which clinic you would like to attend at the time of booking. You can also request an appointment via email info@moveclinics.com NO GP REFERAL REQUIRED You do not need a referral unless your treatment is covered by insurance. Most insurance companies will require a GP referral, although some may not but it is always best to ask. Please advise at the time of booking if your appointment is covered by health insurance. CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT 24 'business' hours is required if you have to cancel an appointment, after this period a fee applies. HEALTH INSURANCE We can do direct billing for all the major insurance companies, including AXA PPP, Bupa, Standard Life, Pru Health, Cigna, Norwich Union, and Medisure. If your insurance company is not listed here do not worry we will more than likely be covered just give us a call and we will let you know. If you intend to claim using private health insurance, you will need to check individual policies to determine if a doctor's referral is required prior to commencing treatment. Please let us know when booking your first appointment if you will be billing directly to an insurance company. Charges for insurance companies will vary - for example Follow Up appointments range from £44 - £54 per session. A direct billing authorisation form must be completed for all insurance patients. PAYMENT We accept all card payments (except American Express), cash or cheque. Payment is required at the time of your appointment. |
