What do I bring to my appointment?
This will depend on why you are visiting us. Ideally wear loose comfortable clothing, for appointments we do have gym gear to change into if you have come straight from work. If you have any documents or information from doctors/consultants this can also be useful.
What do I bring for Pilates?
Wear loose comfortable clothing, suitable for a workout. DO BRING a towel and a bottle of water.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for all appointments, 48 hours notice is required for pilates cancellations and must be made online.
What are your opening hours?
We operate extended opening hours appointments are available from 7am until 8.30pm on various weekdays. We are open Saturday mornings.
Do you have parking available?
Onsite parking is available at our Roko Chiswick Bridge clinic and The Park Club. Parking vouchers, one hour parking bay & parking meters are available at our Acton Lane clinic.
I live close to the Park Club can I visit your physio on site?
YES, you DO NOT need to be a member of The Roko Health Club or The Park Club to use our services on these sites.
Are you members of the Health professionals Council?
How do you pay for my session?
Pilates - payment required in advance. 1-1 sessions paid through the clinic. Classes paid online.
Physiotherapy - paid at the time of appointment, insurance clients see below.
Running Assessments & Massages - paid in advance, please call the clinic with details.

Can I claim through my private insurance?
We are recognised and registered with MOST major health insurance companies. All of our physiotherapists are HPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
We have a contract with AXA PPP and able to bill them directly. We require a policy number and authorisation number at the initial visit to enable us to process these claims.
We also request that all clients complete a credit card mandate form for direct billing claims.
If you do do have the correct authorisation or your treatment is no longer covered by your insurance company you will be liable for all sessions completed at our regular advertised rates £60 Initial Assessment & £45 per Follow Up session.
We are continuing to offer our contract for services with Bupa. You MUST supply your authorisation number and member number before your treatment. If you have an excess, please advise at the time of booking. Any fees not paid by bupa and which are not part of an excess to your policy must be paid at our normal rates of £60 initial assessment and £45 per follow up.

In order for us to bill your insurance company we require you to agree to our Insurance Billing Terms & Conditions which can be supplied by our reception team. You will need to provide your policy number, treatment authorisation number and our credit card mandate form.
If your account remains UNPAID for 45 days from the date of your treatment then you will be liable for all outstanding charges. An official receipt will be issued to allow clients to pursue a claim personally for reimbursement with their insurer.
If you do do have the correct authorisation or your treatment is no longer covered by your insurance company you will be liable for all sessions completed at our regular advertised rates currently: £60 Initial Assessment & £45 per Follow Up session.
