Emma Pallant - Chartered Physiotherapist

As an athlete, Emma regularly competes for Great Britain and she understands the need to have personal goals to work towards and the
frustration injury can bring. From her years as an international junior athlete and since qualifying as a physiotherapist, Emma has had the
opportunity to be treated by, and work with, some of the leading physiotherapists, doctors and coaches in the business gaining invaluable
experience and skills.
Emma has particular interest and involvement in recent studies into lower back pain, tailoring evidenced based home exercise programs to
clients. Emma strongly believes in empowering the client to self-manage to ensure long-term effects.
When not training 2 or more times a day, preparing for the London Olympic Games, Emma devotes much of her time to professional
development. Emma has worked regularly with elite international Great British track and field athletes and professional ballet dancers, brings an
experience and focus which will make her right at home with the Move team and provide clients with the highest level of care.

Emily Loughnan - Pilates Instructor & Running Coach
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Fremantle, Australia)
An Australian qualified Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, Emily completed her physiotherapy degree at The University of Notre
Dame Australia in 2009. In her years of clinical experience, Emily has developed a strong interest in the management of musculoskeletal,
orthopedic and sports injuries.
With a personal background in distance running (as a national competitor and coach), Emily has a keen interest in sports specific injury
management and has considerable experience working with high level and junior athletes. Emily has a strong interest in Clinical Pilates and
specific exercise rehabilitation for conditioning, cross training, injury prevention and general fitness. She is passionate about the importance of
physical activity and self-management for athletes and non athletes alike.


Scott Hancock - Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach
Scott is an Australian Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, having completed a Master of Physiotherapy
at Sydney University in 2009 and a Bachelor Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2006. Since completing his
Master of Physiotherapy, Scott has been developing his skills as a specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapist within well regarded
musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy clinics and through various local and national sports in Australia including football, australian rules
football, rugby league and rugby union. Scott has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including sporting injuries,
spinal and musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of spinal and peripheral surgeries.
Scott's areas of interest include manual therapy, lumbar/pelvic dysfunction, biomechanical analysis and the rehabilitation of running, cycling and
football related injuries. His treatment approach is to determine the cause and nature of your presenting complaint, through thorough
musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and biomechanical assessments; then reduce the associated symptoms through a wide range of physiotherapy
techniques; restore normal function and address the cause of the presenting complaint, to prevent it from re-occuring in the future.


Lee Eldridge - Strength & Conditioning Coach
MSc ASCC.
Lee is an accredited strength and conditioning coach from the UK Strength and Conditioning Association. He has both a BSc and MSc in Sport
and Exercise Science and has worked with a number of individual athletes including a world ranked tennis player and a top amateur golfer. Lee
is currently working for London Welsh Rugby Club as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. In this role he works as a rehab specialist and
co-delivers the strength and conditioning programme to the squad. Before this position Lee work and interned at a Premiership Football club and
Rugby Club, and spent time in America at a performance institute. Lee's qualifications and experience working with elite athletes has given him
the knowledge to produce a unique method of training the body, as well as developing an athletes ability to perform at the highest level.
Lee specialises in - Sport injury Prehab and Rehab, Strength and Conditioning for Sport, Power Development, Core Strength and stability
High Intensity Training, Sport specific & functional training.

Helen Granger - Chartered Physiotherapist
MCSP. B.Sc. AACP HPC
Helen qualified in 2001 at the University of Hertfordshire. Helen has worked in private practice for several years after gaining experience in the
NHS and with RAF Lyneham. Helen is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. She is a keen cyclist and
runner. Helen is available to see clients Monday & Thursday evenings at our Chiswick Bridge (Roko) clinic.


Caroline Jubb - Chartered Physiotherapist (Caroline is working by advanced appointment)

Caroline is a Senior Physiotherapist with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Having qualified as a physiotherapist from Liverpool
University in June 2000 Caroline has worked in the NHS, The military and various private clinics across London. She has extensive
experience working with elite and non elite athletes. Most recently Caroline worked with the U19s England Women’s Football Team and has
experience working with Rugby league and Netball teams.
Caroline uses evidence based research to assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate patients. She is trained in manual therapy, electrotherapy,
acupuncture and Pilates as well as weight lifting and training for sports. She also has a REMO qualification (Pitch side First Aid).


Scott Mitchell - Clinic Director, Chartered Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Brisbane, Australia) MCSP SRP HPC
An Australian trained physiotherapist with wide experience in managing musculosketal conditions with special interest in manual therapy,
biomechanical analysis, stability training, lumbar/pelvic and runnning related injury. Scott has also undergone further training in sports
physiotherapy gaining an Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Physiotherapy level II and has been involved with local, national and
international sport including track and field, rugby, rugby league, aussie rules and rowing. Since arriving in the UK in 2003, Scott has been
involved professionally with international rugby league Tri-nations Tournament, Tongan Rugby Union English Tour and was previously team
physiotherapist for Harlequins RL Senior Academy. Scott aims to use his past experiences to provide his patients with optimal treatment and a
comprehensive approach to total health care. Scott is a qualified Pilates instructor having trained in London with the Australian Physiotherapy &
Pilates Institute (APPI). His Pilates teaching experience includes one-one and group, as well as pre / post natal pilates classes.


Ciba Renata Barnikova - Pilates Instructor
Ciba is a certified Pilates Instructor for Matwork, Reformer, Pilates & Pregnancy and Pilates & Osteoporosis. She graduated from the Body
Control Pilates Matwork Certification Course - London and is a member of Body Control Association & Register of Exercise Professionals REP
Level 3 and is currently studying Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy. Ciba has a dance background in performing and teaching
contemporary and classical dance techniques over 17 years. She has been a member of 'Cloud Dance' contemporary dance company based
in London since 2007 and her outstanding observation skills allowed her to be a judge of dance competitions. Ciba uses Pilates to facilitate better
movement quality and enhanced physical wellbeing of her clients.


Terry West - Consultant Running Coach / Speed Conditioning Coach
Terry West is a Level 5 middle distance and level 4 sprints & hurdles coach who has been involved in all facets of Track and Field over many
years. A national and international level as coach, manager and lecturer. Board member of Modern Athlete & Coach. Terry's coaching history
includes roles as national junior event coach for middle distance and endurance (Australia) to elite senior positions and advisor to world athletics
governing body. Terry is currently an IAAF member and coaching council delegate, President of the Oceania Athletics Coaches Association and
Australian Track & Field Coaches Association lecturer and mentor and is now part of the Move clinics team. Whether you are about to run your
