Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning involves use of structured exercise to recover from injuries, accelerate injury recovery, ensure optimum performance on return to play following injury and significantly reduce injury risk moving forward.

Our Strength & Conditioning providers will take you through a thorough assessment and your presenting movement & strength levels, to then produce a structured, periodized Strength & Conditioning program to help you achieve your sporting goals and help you avoid re-injury moving forwards.

Whilst Strength & Conditioning principles are most commonly used in sporting populations, our Strength & Conditioning staff enjoy using these principles to ensure you are strong, agile and robust enough for the sport of everyday life (e.g. gardening, playing with the grandchildren or walking up the stairs).
